Orders


When placing your order, please provide accurate details, including postcodes and contact information. We cannot be responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect information.
• We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, Stripe and PayPal.
• By clicking 'complete order', you agree to all our terms and conditions.
• Your order is only confirmed when you receive our email confirmation (not the automatic submission email).

Delivery

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses so please provide a full postcode and any instructions that will help the driver. Please provide an email and/or daytime phone number for yourselves and a telephone number for the recipient. Same-day orders must be ordered before 11am otherwise delivery will be the next following working day.

If the recipient is out when we deliver, we will leave the gift with a neighbour if they are happy to take responsibility for it. If this cannot be done we may leave in a secure, dry place such as a porch, shed or garage. (please advise when ordering if there are any safe places where the item can be left should nobody be home).

If the gift cannot be left it will be returned to the shop for collection or re delivery. A card will always be left through the door to advise the recipient of where the flowers have been left. If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers/plant a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at the earliest convenience

Cancellation

Due to the speed in which our orders are processed, we can only accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the requested delivery date. Please contact us by calling the shop (see our contact details page)

Refunds

Because of the perishable nature of Products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

• If you have a complaint relating to the quality of the product received, we will require a digital image to be sent to our email to assist with investigation of your complaint and to ensure a speedy resolution.

• We will consider refunds on a case by case basis, although refunds will not be given as a matter of course. An investigation into the complaint will be conducted and you will be notified in writing or via telephone of the outcome.

• Refunds will not be given for fresh goods that perish outside of 5 days following delivery - although the majority of our flowers will have a much longer shelf life than this; the lifespan of each piece will vary depending on the variety of flowers used. It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that correct care is offered to each piece to ensure longevity. Please follow the instructions on the care card provided with the flower gift.

Returns

Should you find yourself dissatisfied with our Online Service, we kindly request that you direct any concerns to the contact information provided on our website. We ask that all complaints be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your flowers or items, to allow us to address your concerns promptly and effectively.

Disclaimer

Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this Online Site and/or the Online Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Online Site and/or the Online Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Online Site and/or the Online Service impossible or impractical.

Wedding Flowers Terms & Conditions

Booking Fee

To book your wedding flowers we ask for a £50 booking fee. This booking fee is nonrefundable and is deducted from your final wedding flowers invoice. Once the booking fee has been received, your event is booked with us. Prices and dates are secure unless stated otherwise. Payment of your booking fee indicates that you accept our wedding flowers terms and conditions

Quotation & Payment

A quotation for the cost of your wedding flowers will be sent to you following your complimentary consultation. Quotes remain valid for 30 days. You are welcome to make changes to your order up until 30 days before your wedding date. You will receive your final invoice approximately 30 days prior to your wedding. We accept payment via cash or bank transfer. Full payment is required no later than 21 days before your wedding day. If payment is not received by this time, flowers will not be ordered.

Cancellation

In the unfortunate event of cancellation, the booking fee cannot be refunded. Complete cancellation of the wedding must be advised in writing. If we are required to take the decision to cancel due to slander, abusive conduct, etc., all monies paid are forfeit and there is no right to any refund. There are no refunds for cancellations of individual items after the final balance has been paid, unless by agreement of both parties. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the wedding date may forfeit full payment if Floral Fusion Shed has ordered flowers and the order cannot be cancelled.

Postponement

If you wish to postpone your wedding, please check availability with us, as your booking fee is non-refundable if we already have a booking for your new date. If we are available, your booking fee will be transferred to your new date. Please bear in mind that availability of certain flower varieties will change from season to season, along with their cost. Therefore, it may be that your original quote total will alter slightly. If the postponement/cancellation is prior to ordering your wedding flowers, we will be happy to use your booking fee for a future date. If your flowers have been ordered, received, processed and/or designed, you will be financially responsible for the flowers and all labour provided. The remaining balance can be applied to a future date. At no point can Floral Fusion Shed refund any or all of the payment received.

Availability of Flowers

We cannot always promise specific types of flowers. We will try to use the flowers you ask for, but if they are not available or not fresh enough, we will use similar flowers instead. All our flowers must be in stock and pass our quality checks. The colours might look slightly different from the pictures you see online. Remember that flowers are natural products, so each one looks a bit different.

Hire of vases, china, candelabras etc

You will be charged for any damage to items you hire from us. The charge will be the current cost to replace the damaged item. If the venue caused the damage, it's your job to get that money back from them. All equipment remains our property. Return all hired items to our studio 82 Turner Road, Colchester, Essex, CO4 5JY within 7 days after your wedding, unless we've agreed to different arrangements.

Use of magnets

We might offer you magnets instead of pins for attaching corsages to clothes. Please make sure that guests wearing magnetic corsages do not have pacemakers. Magnets can interfere with pacemakers and stop them working properly. Floral Fusion Shed is not responsible for any health problems that might happen if someone with a pacemaker or ICD wears a magnetic corsage.

Photography & Videography

Floral Fusion Shed reserves the right to photograph and video record floral arrangements and their placement prior to the commencement of the event. Such imagery may subsequently be utilised for promotional and marketing purposes.

Responsibility

Floral Fusion Shed shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by the Client or any third parties in connection with equipment hired for event usage. The Client bears full responsibility for supplying correct delivery information. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by erroneously provided addresses or ceremony times.

Complaints

All complaints must be formally lodged within 24 hours of receipt and must be accompanied by supporting photographic evidence. Floral Fusion Shed shall bear no responsibility or liability regarding the deterioration of floral arrangements subsequent to their approval by the Client.

Delivery information

We will deliver all wedding flowers to your specified locations 1-3 hours before your ceremony, unless we've made different arrangements with you beforehand. Your bouquets will be transported in special boxes with a small water reservoir to keep them perfectly fresh. About 30 minutes before your ceremony begins, the bouquets can be gently removed from their containers to dry naturally, or you may pat them dry with a towel if preferred.

Policy

It is our policy that we will only accept instructions from and discuss details with the Bride and Groom directly. Should any family members or event coordinators wish to make additions to the agreed quotation, such amendments must receive prior approval from the Bride and Groom.

**Please note that these Terms and Conditions may be subject to periodic updates. By remitting your booking fee, you are indicating your acceptance of any subsequent modifications. Rest assured that such changes will be limited to minor textual revisions only. Any substantial amendments will be communicated to you formally via email.**
