About Our Subscription
Receive fresh, seasonal flowers delivered to your door in Colchester every week, fortnight or month. Each bouquet is hand-tied by our florists using the best blooms available that week.
We source locally where possible and select flowers at their peak. You get variety throughout the year as we work with what's in season. No two deliveries are identical.

Frequency Options
Weekly: Fresh flowers every 7 days
Fortnightly: Delivered every 14 days
Monthly: One delivery per calendar month

Premium £45 per delivery: Large statement bouquet for dining tables or entrance halls
Other available options - 
Essential £35 per delivery: Medium bouquet, perfect for a kitchen table or desk
Luxury £65 per delivery: Extra-large arrangement with premium blooms and foliage
Terms & Conditions
Payment & Billing
Payment is processed automatically via direct debit before each delivery. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. Subsequent payments are processed 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment details are stored securely through our payment provider.
Delivery
Deliveries occur between 9am and 6pm on your chosen day (Tuesday to Saturday available). We deliver to addresses within 5 miles of Colchester CO2 7. Extended delivery areas may incur additional charges, confirmed before purchase.
Someone must be available to receive the flowers. If nobody is home, we will leave them in a safe place or with a neighbour if instructed. We are not liable for flowers left as requested.
Skipping Deliveries
You can skip any delivery with 72 hours notice via your account dashboard or by emailing info@floralfusionshed.co.uk. Skipped deliveries do not extend your subscription period.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime with 7 days notice. Your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are given for the current billing period once payment is processed.
Changes to Your Subscription
Change your delivery frequency, address or subscription tier anytime through your account. Changes require 72 hours notice before your next scheduled delivery.
Flower Selection
Our florists select all flowers based on seasonal availability and quality. We cannot guarantee specific flowers, colours or varieties. If you have severe allergies, email us before subscribing.
Substitutions may occur if planned flowers are unavailable. We always substitute with equal or higher value alternatives.
Quality Guarantee
Flowers should last 5-7 days with proper care. If your bouquet arrives damaged or dies within 48 hours, photograph it and email us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace it or credit your account.
We do not refund or replace flowers that deteriorate due to improper care, extreme temperatures or delayed collection.
Holidays & Closures
We close between 24 December and 2 January. Subscriptions pause automatically during this period at no charge. We also close on UK bank holidays. You will receive advance notice of any closures, and deliveries will resume on the next available date.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Subscribers receive 14 days notice of any material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
